
AQUA CLASS SCHEDULE:
- Mondays and Thursdays 7am-7:45am - this is a more intense class!
- Mondays through Fridays at 8:30am-9:15am
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1pm-1:45pm
- Mondays and Thursdays 6:15pm-7pm - this is a more intense class!
In these class, you will use timed intervals of aquatic exercises using water buoys for resistance. Students looking for more difficult workouts can modify workouts in deep water or join our more intense classes labeled above. A fun class designed specifically for anyone, including active older adults, to improve flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, and strength. Non-swimmers are welcome.
