We offer AQUACISE CLASSES and WATER HIIT on:

  • AQUACISE SUMMER SCHEDULE:
    • Monday/Wednesday at 8:30am 
    • Tuesday/Thursday at 8am
  • WATER HIIT:
    • Fridays at 8:30am
    • Mondays & Thursdays at 6:15-7pm

Aquacise: In this class, you will use timed intervals of aquatic exercises using water buoys for resistance. Students looking for more difficult workouts can modify workouts in deep water. A fun class designed specifically for anyone, including active older adults, to improve flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, and strength. Non-swimmers are welcome.
