AQUACISE SUMMER SCHEDULE starting June 2022:
- Mondays through Fridays at 8:30am-9:15am
- Classes are currently held M,T,W,F at 8:30am and Thursdays at 8am through May 27.
Aquacise: In this class, you will use timed intervals of aquatic exercises using water buoys for resistance. Students looking for more difficult workouts can modify workouts in deep water. A fun class designed specifically for anyone, including active older adults, to improve flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, and strength. Non-swimmers are welcome.
