
FEBRUARY FIT CHALLENGE: ACTIVE HEART MONTH
This free challenge will take place in your YMCA360 app.
When: February 9-28
Where: In your YMCA360 app
How: Track your daily workout at the YMCA or from home!
What: Complete 20 hours of exercise in 20 days!
This 20-day challenge is for us to stay moving with purpose will result in prizes and fun! Take part in some of your favorite physical activities like strength training, yoga, HIIT, a cycling class, or your favorite sports activity with your family and friends. Take at least 60 minutes a day to be active and improve your physical wellness and your heart health! Be sure to track the activity in the Activity section of the app, under Workouts. Click the plus sign in the top right corner to add the Workout to track the exercise. Limit: logging one hour of exercise per day.
