Angel Tree Registration for ages 0-4 is now open!
The Athens-McMinn Family YMCA and our members are looking to help provide Christmas gifts for the children ages 0-4 in our community. Incomplete forms will not be accepted and children will not be added to the list. To completely fill out an online form per child, read below.
THERE ARE SOME CHANGES THIS YEAR, SO PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION...
Ages 5-18:
- We are partnering with the local school systems to better serve families in need of some support this holiday season. Kids ages 5-18 will be referred to us from local schools, meaning we will work alongside their existing programs as needed. Our open registration through the YMCA will be for kids ages 0-4 only. DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD AGES 5-18!
Ages 0-4 (not currently registered in Athens City Schools, McMinn County Schools, or Etowah City School):
- Registration opens October 10th for Angel Tree participants living in your household in McMinn County. The link will go live on our webpage/social media and will not be available after the capacity is met.
- You MUST do a separate and complete form for each dependent child, ages 0-4, living in your household. Please note, our sponsors are encouraged to purchase what they can but are not required to purchase everything listed. Electronics will be EXCLUDED from the listings, so please do not request items such as phones, iPads, computers, laptops, gaming systems, etc.
- The YMCA reserves the right to close registration at any time and will do so when capacity has been met. You will be notified via email if you do not meet registration requirements or if your submission is received after the registration period has closed.
- Completing this form is the ONLY way to get ages 0-4 on our Angel Tree and we will not accept anyone after registration is closed. Gifts must be picked up at the Athens-McMinn Family YMCA by December 12th between the hours of 9AM and 7PM. We will contact you when your child's gift is ready for pick up.
