ACCOUNT ACCESS FOR CURRENT CHILD CARE PARENTS OR MEMBERS
- Locate your account by searching using your email address and/or cell phone number. Select submit.
- If you have used the Online Portal before, enter your password and complete the registration process.
- If you have never used the Online Portal before, select Forgot My Password.
- Select a Reset Password option and select Submit. If your phone number or email is not current, do not select it. Call the YMCA at 423-745-4904 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will send you a reset your password link.
- After you complete you password reset, you can begin to search and register for programs after logging in.
