REGISTRATION CHECKLIST
1. Complete the 2022 Child Information Form for Camp. Email the form to childcare@athensmcminnymca.org or bring the completed form to the YMCA.
2. Register for the program online and pay the registration fee per child.
3. Complete the 2022 Draft Form. Email the completed form to childcare@athensmcminnymca.org or bring the completed form to the YMCA.
4. If you are requesting Financial Assistance, complete the online registration process above and turn in the 2022 Financial Assistance Form below before May 20th. Email the form to childcare@athensmcminnymca.org or bring the form to the YMCA.

5. Once you have completed registration, make sure to check your email for program updates and communication. We will also add you to our Remind App.
