Reschedule payments on your Child Care Account
- Once logged into your online portal, select the My Account dropdown in the upper-right hand corner and select My Balance.
- Under Scheduled Payments, select the payment or payments you want to reschedule. Select Cancel or Reschedule.
Update payment method
- Once logged into your Y Account, select Add Payment Method under Membership Billing Info.
- Update the billing information.
- You will then need to reschedule your Child Care payments following the instructions above.
