SUMMER CAMP SPECIAL EVENTS
The upcoming events listed below are current scheduled field trips or on-site visits and activities. We will continue to send you a link via the REMIND APP as updates are made to this page.
*Requires a travel release to be signed at our check-in desk before the trip takes place.
Week 5: DISNEY WEEK June 23-June 27
- Tuesday, June 24th: Let's Read 20 Bus visit to the Y starting at 10am
- Vacation Bible School with Trinity Grace Church at the Y: 6/25, 6/26, 6/27 from 10am to lunchtime
- *Friday, 6/27: A visit to the Arts Center in downtown Athens for a Seussical Jr. production at 1pm. We will travel at 12:30pm and arrive back by approximately 2pm.
Week 6: SPLASH WEEK June 30-July 3 (closed July 4)
- Pack a suit and towel EVERY DAY! The inflatable water slide will be here in our backyard!
Week 7: TENNESSEE ADVENTURES WEEK
- *Thursday, July 10th: groups 5 and 6 only will be traveling to THE LOST SEA in Monroe County.
- Campers must be checked in by 8am!
- We will return to the Y by 12pm that day.
- This trip requires a headcount by 6/26 if your child is registered for camp during week 7. We will be in touch for this.
- *Friday, July 11th: All groups will be traveling to the SPLASH PAD at Athens Regional Park.
- We will be at the park in shifts between 10am and 2:30pm.
- Please arrange to drop your child off at the Y by 9am and pick your child up for the day no earlier than 3pm at the Y.
