WELCOME TO STRONG

Six weeks starting OCTOBER 19. A free program. For 20 minutes a day, five days a week, we’ll experiment with challenges and rhythms designed to open us up to a purpose driven life that is STRONG. Take the Challenge, have some fun, and discover what it means to be STRONG. You will receive three messages a week with encouragement on social media along the way.

All participants who complete the 6 week challenge will receive a free t-shirt for pickup at the YMCA. Members will also receive a free magnetic tracking sheet to track your activities!
