What is Transformation? 

6-week transformation group is an accountability group with 100% guidance on fitness and nutrition. This journey will help  jump start a healthy lifestyle and accelerate your fitness level. The main goal is to provide accountability to motivate towards a healthier lifestyle while working towards an average weight loss of 1-2lbs a week  in 6 weeks. Past groups have seen an average weight loss of 10-13 pounds during the six week period.

What does Transformation include?

Transformation includes:

  • Group training with certified personal trainers
  • Written on-your-own workouts with follow-up accountability
  • Weekly written nutrition goals from a licensed Nutritionist
  • Facebook accountability group
  • Trainer accountability for missed workouts 

What is the committment? 

  • Be ready for a change
  • Be 100% willing to put in the work to achieve your own personal goal
  • Attend group trainings at minimum three times a week
  • Follow the individualized nutrition plan
  • **Group Training times are set based on participants availability and schedule.
