Enhancing your health is an important part of what we do at the Y! We offer a variety of options for you to lead a healthy lifestyle.

You can get involved with Group Exercise classes or workout on your own in our Wellness Center or Weight Room. There are also many opportunities to learn more about healthy living with our various Health & Wellness Programs.

We also offer a variety of popular programs to promote health & wellness. The Athens-McMinn Family YMCA offers wellness programs such as Pedaling for Parkinsons and Enhanced Fitness. 

Additionally, we have great Personal Trainers who are willing to work one-on-one with you to develop and implement a plan to help you achieve your health-related goals.
