Enhancing your health is an important part of what we do at the Y! We offer a variety of options for you to lead a healthy lifestyle.
You can get involved with Group Exercise classes or workout on your own in our Wellness Center or Weight Room. There are also many opportunities to learn more about healthy living with our various Health & Wellness programming such as Dashing All the Weigh (winter).
Additionally, we have great Personal Trainers who are willing to work one-on-one with you to develop and implement a plan to help you achieve your health-related goals.

6-Week Weight Loss Challenge
Are you looking for support in your weight loss journey? The YMCA can provide that and so much more!
Goals: Change you nutrition, become more active, increase your energy, & FEEL BETTER!
The program starts March 22nd and lasts 6 weeks.
Member fee: $90
Program Participant fee: $125
- Includes Private Facebook Support Group
- Nutrition tips, healthy recipes, and more shared weekly
- Weekly live topics/questions and answers on health, nutrition, and fitness via in person or Zoom
- Measurements and BMI taken during week 1 and again at week 6
- Weekly weigh ins & reporting to the trainers
- 3 workout plans per week to be sent out on Sundays
- At least 1 in person group workout with one of our nationally certified Personal Trainers pending day/time that works for the majority of the group
- If you are a nonmember participating in the challenge, you will have access to the facility for the 6 weeks.
All participants get a t-shirt upon competion of the program!

Cardio, strength building, balance, and more are the top priorities for our new club. Everyone is welcome to join us for up to an hour at various locations in the area. What's the fee? There isn't one. Let's get together and fellowship while we walk. The club will meet this season on a schedule as long as the outside temperature is at 40 degrees and above.
When you train with a Certified Personal Trainer, you will receive a personally designed program, along with the motivation you will need to succeed. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, improve your body composition or recover from an injury, personal training can help! Available for members only, during Y business hours. Save by purchasing multiple sessions in advance!
