Land Based Group Classes
We offer a wide variety of land based exercise classes that will have you stretching, working your core, dancing or getting a total body workout. With such a diverse style of fitness classes offered, you are guaranteed to find something you enjoy!
Water Based Group Classes
Love to be in the pool? Then our water based exercise classes are for you! The resistance and buoyancy of the water improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. Classes include a variety of shallow and deep water environments and are offered Monday-Friday in our Indoor, Heated Pool. Our classes can be tailored to both our experienced participants as well as first timers, and are free to our members.
8am AQUACISE: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
8:30am AQUACISE: Mondays and Wednesdays
6:15PM WATER FITNESS: Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks [starting 1/18-2/24/22]
