Support the YMCA of Athens/McMinn- Each year the YMCA of Athens/McMinn provides over $40,000 in financial aid and scholarships to youth and their families. With help and generous donors throughout McMinn County, the Athens/McMinn Family YMCA is able to serve many families in our community. These families may not be able to participate otherwise. The Athens/McMinn Family YMCA is a community partner and we strive to “put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.” You may get involved by contributing in a couple of ways. Memorials are accepted and are honored throughout our YMCA on the walls by plaques. We also accept “Friends of the YMCA” contributions from December to January every year.
