Racquetball-The YMCA is the only facility in town to offer the exciting sport of racquetball. YMCA membership is required to play. The court may be reserved on day of play only.

Circuit/Cardio Room-Use our circuit/cardio room to get your cardio workout and/or use the weight machines. We have stationary bikes, treadmills, stair climbers, rowing machines, and elliptical trainers.

Step-a high intensity aerobic exercise class that is designed to tone the upper and lower body while burning fat & calories

Step Sculpt-a combination of step aerobics and body sculpting

Cardio Kickboxing-jab, kick, cross, hook: use these moves to music for a workout

Abs & Low Impact-This evening class will offer a challenging abdominal workout along with upper and lower body toning and stretching. (Non-members at TN Wesleyan $5 a month.)

Pilates-an innovative system of mind-body mat exercises to help improve balance, posture, and flexibility. A variety of movements using concentration and control to tone and tighten the muscles. (YMCA members only - $10 a month/limited availability)

***No matter what class you attend, always work at your own fitness level. Please ask your instructor for modifications if needed***

Use of our cardio, circuit and workout rooms is available for ages 15 and older. A parent must accompany youth ages 12-14.
