Water Aerobics -Use the resistance and buoyancy properties of water in a challenging workout to burn fat and increase muscle tone and strength with less impact on the joints. These classes will be offered with a minimum 6 participants.
Mon., Wed. and Fri. Mornings 8:00-8:50 am Tues. & Thurs. Evenings 6:00-7:00 pm

Senior Splash - This is open to Senior Citizens. It is a fun class designed to improve flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, and strength. Non-swimmers are welcome.
Mon., Wed. and Fri. Mornings 9:00-9:45 am

Member Recreational Swim-open to members. We invite you to come in, swim and have fun. Check the schedule below for times.

Adult Fitness Swim-join us in swimming laps or water walking. Come in early morning, noon, or evening. See schedule below for times.

Swim Lessons -Our YMCA swim program is designed to meet the needs of each child whether they are just learning to swim or learning advanced water skills. Participants must register in advance at the front desk. These classes will be offered with a minimum of 6 participants.
Members $22 & Non-members $44 per session

  • Parent-Tot--(ages 6 months to 3 years) The parent and child both participate in this water adjustment class. Help your baby develop a positive attitude toward the water and prepare him or her for instruction in later years. Monday nights 5:30-6:00 pm.
  • Pre-School - (ages 4-5 years) This program is designed to teach swimming skills, water safety, fitness, and games. Class meets for 45 min. in 8 sessions on Tues. & Thurs. from 5:15-6:00 pm.
  • Progressive - (ages 6-14) Youth learn personal growth and water safety, stroke development, rescue, diving fundamentals, and water games. Class meets for 45 min. in 8 sessions on Tues. & Thurs. from 5:15-6:00 pm.
  • Adult - Learn to swim for fun and fitness. This "never too old to learn" class will meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 6:45 pm for 8 sessions per month.
  • Private Swim Lessons - available to all ages and all swimming levels. See aquatics director for more details.
